Fundraise & exit preparation

Interim CPO coverage

When your CPO leaves and you can't afford a gap, I step alongside your product team to keep them aligned, the roadmap credible, and stakeholders calm — while coaching the team and helping you run a proper search for the permanent hire.

Engagement models

No long-term retainers or lock-in. You hire a fractional CPO or product director in the shape that fits your stage and budget.

Advisory — 1–2 days per month

For founders who need a senior product voice in the room — board prep, strategy reviews, key decisions, and occasional team coaching. I help your product leadership raise their game without taking over.

Fractional — 2–4 days per month

The most common arrangement. I work alongside your product team as a senior partner — shaping roadmap, guiding discovery, coaching the team, and supporting stakeholder communication. Your team builds capability while getting the leadership they need, without the £150k+ salary.

Interim — 3–5 days per week

When you need someone in the seat full-time for a fixed period — typically covering a CPO departure, leading through a fundraise, or driving a critical transformation. I help the team stay aligned and productive while building the foundations for the permanent hire.
